Rishab Nagar
MANAGING PARTNER
Rishab Nagar is the founder of Pratharva & Partners. He practises in commercial disputes and regulatory matters, appearing before the High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, and in domestic and institutional arbitration. His work covers arbitration and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, and regulatory proceedings, with a particular focus on data protection and the enforcement of foreign awards. He read law at Guru Gobind Singh University, Delhi, taking a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He practised in Delhi before establishing the firm in 2021.

Raghav Nagar is a Designated Partner at Pratharva & Partners LLP, with a practice spanning arbitration, direct and indirect taxation, intellectual property rights, labour and employment law, competition law, and commercial litigation.
His work centres on advising clients on complex legal and regulatory matters, negotiating settlements, and ensuring compliance across a range of sectors. He is based in Delhi.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Raghav practised as a Senior Associate with Central Government Standing Counsels before the Delhi High Court, where he built substantial experience handling matters concerning government policy, tender disputes, service law, public interest litigation, and writ petitions challenging central government statutes and rules.
Raghav holds an LL.B. from the University of Delhi and a B.A. (Hons.) in History, also from the University of Delhi.
